FunSeekers- Oh the Places We’ll Go!

Oh, the places we went, and the time that was taken!
To figure out clues, so we’d not be mistaken!
Pam was our leader for clue number one,
We rocked it, we smoked it, so sure that we’d won!

Our goal was to follow the rules to the task.
To work well together, no favours to ask.
But the more we got to it, the more we realized,
That each one of us was, in a way, separatized.

We worked on our own, to do our own thing,
But we really were slow and were shy at connecting.
We were OK to just get the job done,
But what about doing it AND HAVING FUN?

We worked on our own, thinking through all the tasks.
We were set in our ways, for no help did we ask.
We needed a mascot - a creature to bring us
Together in thought, mind, and deed was before us!

A mascot would gather us up as a group,
Remind us, we’re part of a groupity troop!
A mascot could make us a team we could see,
We needed more fun, for the us and the we!

Our mascot, we found, was a creature named Funner,
She had all of the assets, she was a quite a stunner!
You see, she was all of us rolled into one,
And by golly we found that she really was Fun!!

Early on, she was shy tho, not one to engage.
So we smiled and we helped her to not act her age!
The clues were important, but let’s not forget,
That our real goal was friendship and fun and respect!

Well Funner was Funner than fun was for us.
She encouraged and coached us to not make a fuss!
About trying new things and learning to chill,
And to meet others, our dreams to fulfil.

Adele likes a process, to get the job done,
But Funner was wanting to add fun to done.
Adele let her hair down, and began to relax,
And Jean finally jumped in and helped with a task!

With Funner on board Jane was no longer late,
And now we could better find time for a date.
Pam she was solid and true to the task,
There was nothing, now nothing that we couldn’t ask!

Well, Funner was fun, the most fun of us all!
She helped us relax and to stay on the ball.
We relaxed about deadlines and timing and such,
And learned to enjoy the process so much!

FunSeekers we were, or we are, so to speak.
We sought fun in the sun, by the corner, the street.
In the bakery, the kitchen, outside on the ground,
FunSeekers we are, we found fun all around.

So now we’re a team we are strong, we are proud!
FUNSEEKERS are the seekiest seekers around!
Oh the places we’ll go, the goodness we’ll find,
With new friends and a feeling of fun on our minds!
