Description
Well, we tried a new way to cut up the pumpkins. We had a saw, a mallet, a knife, cookie cutters, and pliers. We used all of these tools! + An electric hand mixer was used by Debbie to clean up the insides of two pumpkins. The saw saved us a lot of time! Sheila cut the bottom of the pumpkin off instead of the top! Easy peezy! Then we placed the cookie cutters on our pumpkins and used the mallet to push the cookie shapes into the pumpkin. In no time at all we had two fantastic Halloween Pumpkins ready for their candles! Trudy made 3 “W”s for us to wear on our heads, while Erin made the most beautiful “eye” for her costume. We placed our colourful wigs on top of our heads , added a little makeup, and we were ready for the photo taking. The 4 of us had a fun afternoon, outside in the warm sun working together! What a great team we have become!
