Clue # 4: An Act of Kindness Finds Friendship

On sunny Sunday, September 25th, our team gathered at a Tim Horton's coffee ship in Orleans, Ontario to fulfill the challenge requirements for Clue #4. We were thankful to have Tim's gift cards in hand (prize from WI 125th draw). After we entered the shop, we were so lucky that the customer behind us graciously accepted our offer to buy her beverage. She was happy to engage in a conversation about the Women's Institute, having never heard of the organization before. She inquired about a website to find further information and accepted a bookmark from Sheila with the web address. Our recipient then continued her walk wishing us a smiling farewell.
Well! That went far better than we anticipated!
We then enjoyed our own beverage in the sunshine on the patio, and a good "chin wag". Before we knew it a couple of hours had passed.
Great clue ideas, 125th Anniversary committee! Thanks for the challenge.
