Description
On Saturday,September 10, the Gogetters,(Elizabeth Potter, Judy Taylor, Carol Herbert and Sheila Greason) met for lunch at Joes' Diner, a restaurant in St.Marys,Ontario. While we were there we chatted with Mandy Gable, a waitress at the restaurant. We gave her the bookmark and told her that the Women' Institute is part of one of the largest women's organizations in the world, that we have branches for people to join, that we have projects in our communities, that Queen Elizabeth was a member and that we support the Children's Hospital. She thanked us and another waitress took our picture.
