Mildred was born on Feb. 28, 1921 to Edwin and Caroline (McCormick) Horn in Kincardine Township. She spent her adult life in London where she worked at Redpath Sugar as a secretary. Mildred will be remem-- bered for her love of nature especially African violets, orchids, birds and Lake Huron. Lovingly remembered by her grand-- children: Jennifer (Chad) Creeden, Lori (Sean) O'Connor and Brian Hod-- gins; and by her great--grandchildren Grace and Ava O'Connor. Predeceased by her son Ronald, sisters--in--law Alma Gillies and Eudo-- ra Owens, and brother--in--law Garnet Henderson.
