Private Cecil Edgar Scott Private Cecil Edgar Scott served with the 160'" Bruce Battalion. He was the son of Robert B. and Mary Jane Scott. Cecil was born at Armow, Ontario on June 6, 1897 and lived most of his life on Lot 20, Concession 8, Kincardine Township. Cecil attended S.5.#7 and S.S. #12, Kincardine Township and passed his entrance in June 1911. A few years later he started to take a business course but before it was finished , he joined the 160°" Bruce Battalion, in the Spring of 1916. He went overseas in October of the same year. On August 8*" 1918, Private Cecil Edgar Scott gave his life for his country in France. Submitted by E. M. Scott, October 1957
