Glenn and Kathy still have a few more years at Glendale High School. In l968 Keith and Florence Buchner purchased 100 acres from Albert 'Scanlan, Lot 26 & 25, concession ll), then in 1975, purchased another 50 acres from Deller's Tile, Part of lot 25, concession ll, making a total average of 500 acres. , V The last two years we have grown soybeans for cash crop. . The farm name "ELnwold" was transferred from Courtland, when the farm HI Brownsville was purcha'sed. This name was chosen before the elms all ‘ disappeared with dutch elm disease in this area.
