He weighed in at 7 lbss 15 ounces. Marshall, a brother for 22â€"monthâ€"old Haydn, received the first Millennium Teddy Bear and a silver spoon; both donated by the WLMH Auxiliary. President Florence Brown was on hand for the presentation.. ;
