A letter was received from the Cobourg, Port Hope and District Red Cross Homemakers Service thanking council for their financial support in past years and advising that no grant will be requested in 1980 since the Homemakers are now billing thtirAients directly. The Ministry advised Mrs. Noble that her plans to develop 100 residential lots at RD Plans as and 87 Lots 14 and 15, Con. 4 are premature. The Ministry letter explained that the township of Cramahe is presently um dergoing a residential overview study, whose results should be known in s to a months. Agpro is a company which is currently in the process of finalizing agreements with both the township and the village of Colbarne for treatment of recyclable garbage and eorn- posting of biodegradable waste. .
