This plaque reads:
1914 1919
Erected by the Women's Institute of Westport in proud and honoured memory of the following members of this community who fell in the Great War:
Orval P. Adam
Frederick Board
Theodore Charbonneau
John Cherry
David A. Herlehy
Robert A. Kane
Terrance J. McCaffery
Edward Nixon
William Truelove
Andrew Kish
They counted not their lives dear unto themselves

The photo was taken in May 2018 and was found at a park near the community centre in Westport.
In 2012 the FWIO office was contacted re: the plaque. Apparently it is located on the original gates of Lockwood Memorial Field and was erected in 1919.
