With lt branches participating it can easily be done, as Conventions are every three years. This fund is to send a non-voting deligate, or help an eligible deligate as long as they are from our Area, meaning the nu branches. A bank account will be set up, handled by a Committee to include the Area Secretary and President. I am trying to add new incentive to our Area, and this could be one way. Knowing some one can attend with all branches sharing a great experience.
