The cost of the Program is set out in Parts II and III of this document and the Town, after a thorough review of its present capital and operating budgets believes that it will have no difficulty in fulfilling its financial obligation under the Program. The municipality is also responsible for administering and enforcing the Program and respectfully points out that the Town's Administration, Works and Bylaw departments were actively involved in the preparation of this application and will be capa.ble of and available to_the imple- mentation of the Neighbourhood Improvement Program and the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program in the Communities of Porquis Junction and Monteith.
