Betty was also invited to show them to Grade 7 and also to Grade 8 History classes (Mr. Walker and Mr. Timpson) at Loughborough Public School, Sydenâ€" ham. â€" She presents an interesting talk on the historic background of the buildings and places in Loughborâ€" ough Township. Our quest speaker was Mrs. Barâ€" bara Stewart, Verona, who is the Preâ€" sident of Frontenac District Women‘s Institute and also President of the Harrowsmith Women‘s Institute. â€" She gave us the highlights of the Women‘s Institute when the first meeting was held on February 19th, 1897. f One of our members, Dorothy Mabâ€" berly, then presented us with an outâ€" line of Sydenham Women‘s.
