- This is the west end entrance to the Village of Rockton located on Old Hwy #8 and was first started by R.W.I. members and spouses in the early 1980's. Institute members carried on throughout most of the 1990's. Local Girl Guides planted bulbs in the garden; the fence in the background was added a few years ago by community members with R.W.I. support and the community now maintains it on behalf of the R.W.I. We thank all the volunteers who have lent their support over the years!
