Attended Salmon Point Public School and East Lake Public School. A Commercial Graduate of Picton Collegiate Institute, Margaret is at present and has been for the past thirteen years, legal Secretary to Lance Nethery, Q.C., Picton, Ontario. A member .."._ll_._“ of Picton United Church, also a member of The Picton Branch of the Women's Institute. BESSIE DeMILLE. Born at Doxsees in the Township of Sophiasburgh, in the County of Prince Edward, on March 29th., 1900, the daughter of Thomas Lumley and his wife, the former - Bertha Metcalfe. Attended Church and Sunday School at Doxsee's. On December 28th., 1921, married Earl wellington DeMille of Fish Lake, lived at Fish Lake for twenty-six years, at Doxsee's for six years, and the remainder of time has been spent in Picton, Ontario. Have three daughters - Bernice (Mrs. Walter DeMille), Picton, Ontario, Barbara (Mrs. Ralph Algar,) Georgetown, Erla (Mrs. E. Millar,) Kingston, and Betty â€" a foster daughter - married to Graham Beam of Kingston, Ontario. W Born on March 2lst., 1906 in one of the worst snow storms of the winter, on a farm about a mile west of Cherry Valley. Attended Public School at Wboodrous Corners thence to Picton Collegiate Institute. Attended Cherry Valley United Church and Sunday School, sang in the choir, attended; Esworth Leaque and C. G.I.T. Married in 1928 and lived in a bungalow adjoining the farm, thence to Talbot Street, moved to Picton in November, 1933, when my husband became manager of Dominion Stores and have lived at h Queen Street, Picton, since that time.
