m ME. AND MRS. HUGH KEENAN MARK GOLDEN WEDDING Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Keenan. R.R. # 8, Picton were "At Home" to a large number of friends. relatives and neighbors on Saturday, March 20th. 1965 on the occasion of their Golden Wedding Anniversary. Mrs. Robert Keenan, daughter-in-law of the couple was at the door to receive the guests. The table. covered with a white lace tablecloth was centred with a beaut- ful floral arrangement of golden mums sent by their son Robert Keenan and family. V The beautiful three-l tiered anniversary cake enhanced with white leaves was displayed on roses and golden ‘[ a table in the I living room. On either were lighted tall white another table in the side of the cake tapers. On living room was displayed the lovely gifts and cards. The home was beautifully deco- rated with gold and white streamers and white wedding ‘ bells. Many lovely pots of flowers were displayed in the living room. In the early part of the evening the happy couple received a phone call from friends in Toronto, who were unable to attend. Guests were present from Picton, Belleville, Consecon and Bloomfield.
