After completinc public scjool she attended the Hamilton Central Colleeiate. Each day she walked one and a half miles to Grassie Railway station and rofle on the small T.i. anf B. Railway train tiat left the station at a quarter to eisht anfi returnefi at five in the evenins. Their thirteen acre farm has a variety of fruits under cultivation which give Margaret an opportunity to test out all the recipes that rhe has been savinc over the years. The farm is "Rowallan Fruit Farm". Summer month holiflay tines are spent at Rowallan Cottage in Bracehridce along the slores of Lake Nuskok . a
