Sunshine Women's Institute Tweedsmuir History Book 2 searchable pdfa Euchre and Bake sale on April 26th. Sunshine is to submit a name for 2nd vice- president for the district. Roll call was a gift for a needy child and several items were given to Erin for Miriam Centre ,a support group for mothers and infants. Julie Guay, convener of the program , demonstrated making flower arrangements with purchased holders, flowers and greenery. Four beautiful arrangements were made by Julie and these were given to lucky draw winners. Pauline, Georgette, and Lila served a delicious lunch and a social hour was enjoyed. APRIL 11,1996 Sunshine‘s annual meeting was hosted by Ruth Proudfoot and chaired by Lila Howard. The ï¬nancial report shows a balance of $1072.04 in the chequing account and $6.55 in petty cash. Conveners were Ruth and Erin. Roll call was a Ruth reported that the picture of the ladies painting the dining hall is being considered for the calendar being printed by the F.W.1.C. The District Card Party and Bake Sale on April 26,1996, netted a proï¬t of $400.00 for the F.W.1.C. Headquarters Fund. Ruth was in charge of the cards and Leah and Erin the Bake table.
