Four beautiful arrangements were made by Julie and these were given to lucky draw winners. Pauline, Georgette, and Lila served a delicious lunch and a social hour was enjoyed. APRIL 11,1996 Sunshine‘s annual meeting was hosted by Ruth Proudfoot and chaired by Lila Howard. The financial report shows a balance of $1072.04 in the chequing account and $6.55 in petty cash. Conveners were Ruth and Erin. Roll call was a Ruth reported that the picture of the ladies painting the dining hall is being considered for the calendar being printed by the F.W.1.C. Reports were given: Auditor's - Anne Nicholas Program Coordinator - Anne Nicholas for Darlene Hackett P.R.O. - Ruth Proudfoot (two new members) Tweedsmuir History - Ruby Proudfoot Resolutions - Yolande Gadouas Election of officers was chaired by Lila Howard who later conducted the installation ceremony. The District Card Party and Bake Sale on April 26,1996, netted a profit of $400.00 for the F.W.1.C. Headquarters Fund. Ruth was in charge of the cards and Leah and Erin the Bake table.
