If improvements are not in place by the expiry of this permit, approval to construct will lapse and you must apply for a new permit. The contractor and equipment operator must be provided with a copy of this Work Permit and conditions prior to proceeding with any work. Immediately upon completion of an activity at a specific site/location, all garbage, materials and substances of any kind must be disposed of as required by existing legislation before work commences at another location approved by this work permit. The site must be maintained in a clean and fireâ€"safe condition at all times. The enclosed work permit must be posted in a visible location at the work site for the duration of the project. Any proposed changes to the project must be applied for in writing and approved by‘ the Kemptville District Ministry of Natural Resources prior to their implementation. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: 1. Location and dimensions of the proposed work must be carried out as shown on the attached Schedules ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘0’. Under the Public Lands Act, the Ministry of Natural Resources is giving approval to conduct work on Crown land, in cooperation with the MNR. The new historical plaque shall be kept in a clean condition. with necessary measures taken to ensure the plaque and the plaque site are maintained on an ongoing basis (i.e. free of damage, vandalism and disrepair) as suitable and appropriate for a structure located on public lands. There shall be no vegetation removal associated with the proposed plaque installation. There shall be no site alteration associated with the proposed plaque installation, other than that required to install the plaque as specifically approved in this work permit. The Ministry of Natural Resources retains the right to request that proposed or ongoing operations be altered or stopped immediately, should they be considered detrimental in any way to a natural resource.
