The Milk Marketing Board underestimated Canada‘s butter fat needs but assures everyone that it won’t happen again. Butter is regaining in popularity. Bakers used only 1,500 tonnes three years ago but last year they used 4,500 tonnes. Several humorous items ended the program on a lighter note.
