Another successful afternoon of public speaking was held at St. Jo- tseph's School, last Saturday. Sponsored by the Port Elgin Legion, a total of 16 students particpated. Winners from the Junior and Senior ‘drvisions advance to the Zone finals in Shallow Lake, March 6. Tire Idistrict finals will be in Port Elgin March 27. Senior speakers were: Kara Van Bastelasr, Erick Grimstead, Jason Vanderkieyn, Sean Mar- .tin, Laurie Pennarun, Christie McPhee; J.D.
