EASTERN DIVISION: WESTERN DIVISION: SOUTHERN DIVISION: NORTHERN DIVISION: RETIRING PROVINCIAL BOARD DIRECTOR: Those ProvinCial Board Directors who have attended their last semi-annual FWIO meeting in April, still have duties until after their Convention in Ihe Fall. Those Board Directors will give their ï¬nal FWIO repon at the District Annuals in May. A FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE will be elected at Districl Annual to replace the retiring Board Director. The duties of the newly elected Federation Representative will begin at the conclusion of the District Annual. (HOWEVER. the retiring Provincial Board Director shall remain on the District Board of Directors for one year) with or without a vote. The newly elected Federation Representative will be expected to carry out her duties at the Area Convention; also. The retiring Provincial Board Director will perform the duties expected of a Board Director as well.
