Three qutlls were set up in the Com- munit) Hall when Quilt»Aâ€"Thon participants (36 in all) quilted on an hourly basis for money pledged by sponstirs. The respunse fur exceeded their expectations and at the end ol‘ the two-day event six quilts had been LILIJllL‘d. Homemade soup and sandwiehes were on sale throughout the Week-end and these sales were also in- cluded in the tinal presentation.
