Mrs. John McLean. to Ofï¬cers Conference and Mrs. Parker Rockwell. the recipient of the Grace Frysinger Fellowship exchange. to Ontario. On behall‘of FWIO and personally Mrs. Maluske expressed a sincere "thank you to everyone in Ontario who hosted, enter- tained and chauffeured Mrs. Rockwell during her tour in our province. Investments were handled through the Toronto Dominion Bank and all money invested or rte-invested when necessary. A Full ï¬nancial statement was prepared in co-oper- ation with the ofï¬cially appointed auditors and a com- plete breakdown of the ï¬nances distributed to all Board Directors. Minutes were prepared and distributed front all Committee meetings and as Chairman of the Secre- tary Treasurers' Discussion group at Ofï¬cers' Conferâ€" ence material was prepared for use of the six assist- ants. It was a pleasure to attend the olï¬cial opening at the main Administration building at the Ontario Agri- cultural Museum. the Junior Women's Institute an- nual meeting. and the presentation of World Chamâ€" pionship Trophies and buffet luncheon at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. On behalf of FWIO a letter of appreciation was written to Wm. A. Stewart. retiring Minister and a welcome to the Hon. Wm. Newman. newly appointed Minister of Agriculture and Food.
