Fenella The branch members and guests celebrated the 75th Anniversary with a pro- gram of music and slides of a trip to the Med- iterranean that had been enjoyed by one of the members. South Neebing A successful tea was the cel- ebration of the 75th Anniversary for this branch. In keeping with the theme members were dressed in period costumes. There was a fish pond for the children and three 4H Homemaking Club girls assisted in serving tea. Salem “Through the years in poetry and song" was the theme when this branch celeâ€" brated the 75th Anniversary. A choir of the branch members Wearing old-fashioned cosâ€" lumes provided delightful music. Kilsyth. A skit. "Meaningful Moments" taken from the history of the Women‘s Insti- tutes of Ontario was a feature of the Anniver- sary celebration. Renfrew South â€" As a part of their celeâ€" bration of the 75th Anniversary Renfrew South branches set up displays at the chfrcw Annual Fair. The first prize went to Balsam Hill which had an attractive display of maps and pictures showing the growth of the organ- ization during the 75 years. Eight other branches participated. They were Bonnechere Valley, South Horton. Burnstown, Goshen. Combermere.
