When Port Daniel, 3 Women's Institute Branch in Quebec celebrated its 50th Anniver- sary, Mrs. Cameron Dow, O.B.E. and a forâ€" mer president of the Federated Women’s Instiâ€" tutes of Canada was a Special guest. Mrs. Dow was the first secretary of this Port Daniel B ran ch and when Bonaventure District Women's Institutes were organized she became the first president.
