Resolutions start at the branch and it passed at a branch meeting they are sent on to be considered at the District Annual Meeting. then. if passed to the Area Convention thence to the Spring Provincial Board Meeting. Not all resolutions get to the District, Area. or Provincial Board. Resolutions pertaining to local conditions can be handled there, but your Resolution Convener should report what- ever has happened to the next convener in the line. i.e. branch to district, district to area, area to provincial board.
