She published "The Palliser Expedition" and “The Palliser Papers" and is now working on a book on the transition from the buffalo hunting, fur trading phase of West- ern Canada to a settled economy. Dr. Spry is now Associate Professor of Eco- nomics at the University of Ottawa and lives in Ottawa. In June 1971 she received an Hon- ourary Doctor of Law; Degree at the Spring Convocation of the University of Toronto. Che Kamsiah Ibrahim Malaysia Che Kamsiah Ihrahim started voluntary so- cial work in 1946 and became chairman of the National Association of Women‘s Institutes of Malaya, 1960-1965. She. was leader of the Ma- layan delegation to the A.C.W.W. Conference in Melbourne in 1962 and to Dublin in 1965 when she was elected Area Vice-President for Asia.
