I, Yearly Programs The TWeedsmuir Competitions are held triennially for three cups given by Lady ‘l'wecdsmuir, wife of a former Governorâ€"Gen- eral of Canada. in 1945. Each Provincial Women‘s Institute and the Saskatchewan Homemakers may submit two t’Hil'ft‘A' for each cup. This necessitates elimina- tions at the provincial level. Following the Naâ€" tional Convention the portfolios shall be re- turned to their respective provinces. The National Competition will close April l. 1973. Consult your local office for the clos- ing date for the provincial Competition. Introduction â€" The purpose of this compe- tition is to illustrate how the conveners proâ€" grams are co-ordinated toward a total Branch effort to meet the needs of the community, The entry shall be a portfolio containing a description of the programs as related to the convenership areas. Carried on over a period of one year.
