This was the scene for the first Junior Women‘s Institute Annual Meeting. held at the First Baptist Church, Welland. on March 7th. 1970. The Niagara District Junior Women‘s Insti- tute girls acted as hostesses for the day. They made us feel welcome and very glad that we had come.
