Members At Large; and Mrs. Lowell Eller, District Federation Repre- sentatives. In introducing the members of the panel. Mrs. Knapp said. “We have a very distin- guished panel of women this morning but we would like you to know that basically we are all Women‘s Institute members as all of you are. and not experts. A recent definition of an expert was this â€" An expert is like the bottom of a double boiler â€" he gets all steamed up but never really knows what‘s cooking.
