The Junior Women’s Institute Convention On Friday evening, September 12, 1969. the annual convention for members of the Junior Women‘s Institutes opened at Albion Hills Conservation School at Bolton, Ontario. The program for the evening consisted of a show- ing of a film on Black Creek Pioneer Village and one with the title, "The White Ship,“ 3 portrayal of Portuguese people fishing. Dr. W. R.
