The Adelaide Hoodless Awards for entrance to Macdonald Institute were this year awarded to Phyllis L. Wilman, RR. 5, Belleville: Jane M. Beer, RR, 3, Brampton; Joyce Cargo. St. Mary's; and Patricia R. MacDonald. North Bay. These were the North, East, West and Cehtral awards, Caryl A. Cuthbert, RR. lngersoll was the winner of the “At Large award. Mel- bourne were the winners. ' The Lily Petty Scholarship (Algoma) was awarded to Myrna Martin. RR. 1, Richard's Landing and the Northumberland County Scholarship went to Ann Morrow. RR. 1, Wooler. Announcement was made that Dufferin and Ontario Counties had completed Scholarship Funds of $2,000 each. Mrs. W. G. Clark. Orangeville presented the Dufferin cheque and Mrs. M. Emerson, Nestleton and Mrs. Elton Armstrong presented the Ontario cheque. These were accepted by Mrs. Gerald Holder, who expressed the appreciation of F.W.l.O. Mrs. Lymburner presented other F.W.1.0. aWards. Mrs. Walker Hedley was appointed to the Scholarship Committee to replace the retiring member, The Junior Board Directors asked that a copy of the President‘s letter, regarding the suggested International Scholarship, which will be sent to all branches, be sent also to the junior branches. as they would wish to support this fund.
