If the group answers “no†or “sometimes†on some ofthese questions, it may be time to look at ways to make the group more inclusive, positive and productive. Does your group, and the work it does, still meet the community’s needs? Does your group talk to people â€" other than those currently involved with the group â€" to ï¬nd out what they expect of you? Is your group willing to try out new ideas and test different approaches? Does your group recognize the different and unique efforts made by each individual? Does every volunteer in your group describe the group’s purpose the same way, using consistent key messages?
