Southwestern Area Southwestern Area WI Members and the Michigan Association of Family and Community Education (MAFCE) held their annual exchange in Port Huron in May. Eight WI Members from Ontario attended the South East District Conference of MAFCE and enjoyed a day of educational programming and the opportunity to connect with other women. Motivational speaker Eleanor Woods, and Jean Clark from Sarnia Organ Donor Awareness Group were among the guest speakers at this very successful ROSE Session. Some of their topics have included "Electro Magnetic Sensitivity," presented by a professor from Trent University; new affordable housing for seniors in their community; and, most recently, "Sheep Farming."
